Part of the authorizing letter reads: "On February 10, the musician issued two Zenith Bank (account number 100424****) cheques of N10million and N1.4million respectively. However, the bank failed to honour the latter, which apparently was to pay a part of the N7.4million."
Valentine also agreed to give 10% of the recovered money from Davido to the law firm.

Will Davido be sent to jail for this offence?
The singer has been in the news lately for denying the paternity of a daughter allegedly born to him about three years ago by one Ayotomide Labinjo. While the lady is saying he was responsible for her pregnancy, the singer denied knowing her. A DNA test conducted also claimed he is not responsible for the baby but the Labinjo is crying foul. naij
